Originally I began this blog as a class project. At this moment in time I have only a handful of posts but I have really taken an interest in blogging and the community surrounding it. I hope to keep this site updated at least bi- weekly. I may expand my blog to include local eats as well as local brews. I would definitely be interested in doing restaurant reviews and sharing my feelings on new menus, drinks, etc. found in the great state of Utah.
